The retention period for special data in patient records is a minimum of 10 years (longer for complex records). Staff records are retained for 6 years. Other personal data is retained for 2 years after it was last processed.

Dental Concepts offers patient finance to help individuals spread the cost of treatment. Credit is subject to status, affordability checks, and lender approval. We do not recommend treatment based on finance eligibility, nor do we influence a clinical decision for the purpose of credit uptake. Patients are encouraged to review all finance documents before entering an agreement.
Where required, our patient finance partners are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). If Dental Concepts acts as a credit broker, not the lender, this will also be clearly indicated.
